In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing bipa4, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and bipa4.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team to request account closure and the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and the bipa4 Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

To open and maintain an Account on bipa4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. bipa4 does not accept registrations from individuals below this age threshold under any circumstances.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or director of bipa4 or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by the laws of that jurisdiction.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from bipa4 or any other gaming platform for reasons related to fraud, abuse, or self-exclusion, unless the exclusion period has formally expired and bipa4 has approved reinstatement in writing.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each Account must be registered and used solely by the named account holder for personal entertainment purposes.

bipa4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and age verification documents — at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bipa4 may result in temporary account suspension pending verification.

Registration on bipa4 is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses claimed across those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

bipa4 implements a KYC verification process for all Members prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of current residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bank account statement matching the registered name).

bipa4 may request additional documentation at its discretion in circumstances where the standard documents are insufficient to conclusively verify identity. Documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format. Altered or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant Indonesian authorities.

bipa4 accepts deposits exclusively from the account holder's own verified payment accounts. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account not registered in the Member's own name — are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable transfer fees.

Supported deposit methods include:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; VIP tier members may request increased limits through their dedicated account manager. All funds are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bipa4 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or international card payments at this time.

Deposits are generally credited to the Member's Wallet within 1–5 minutes of successful bank confirmation. In rare cases of banking system delays or scheduled maintenance windows on Indonesian banking infrastructure, crediting may take up to 60 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes, Members should contact bipa4's 24/7 live support team with the relevant transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name, matching the identity documents provided during KYC. bipa4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. Higher limits are available to VIP tier members. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

Target processing times by method:

• Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI): 5–15 minutes for verified accounts under standard review.
• E-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 5–10 minutes for verified accounts.

Processing times quoted above represent bipa4's internal processing targets. Actual funds arrival in the Member's account is also subject to the receiving bank's or e-wallet provider's own clearing schedule, which is outside bipa4's control. During high-volume periods or scheduled banking maintenance windows (particularly on Nyepi, Idul Fitri, and other Indonesian national holidays), processing may take longer.

bipa4 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger fraud-prevention thresholds. Where such a review is initiated, the Member will be notified and additional documentation may be requested. bipa4 aims to complete all security reviews within 24 hours.

bipa4 offers a range of promotional incentives to Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of each offer and to the general bonus provisions in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all bipa4 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings generated from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed at the point of bonus acceptance.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum single wager permitted is Rp 100.000 or such other amount as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Time limit: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may cause the existing bonus to be forfeited.
• One bonus per household / IP address: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

bipa4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, bipa4 will honour any wagering progress already made and provide a pro-rated benefit where operationally feasible.

All sports betting, casino game, and other wagering activities on bipa4 are governed by these Terms and by the specific rules displayed within each product category. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a Wager.

The following general wagering provisions apply across all bipa4 products:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. bipa4 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed Wager except in the limited circumstances described in the specific product rules (for example, where a sporting event is postponed or abandoned).
• bipa4 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event or game outcome that has been affected by a technical error, data feed error, or palpable pricing mistake. Where a void is declared, the staked amount is returned to the Member's Wallet.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the result as determined by the official governing body of that sport or game provider shall be final. For live casino games, the ruling of the relevant game studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.) is conclusive.
• bipa4's maximum payout per single winning Wager is Rp 500.000.000 for sports betting and Rp 200.000.000 for casino and slots products, unless a higher limit has been individually approved in writing for VIP Members.
• bipa4 reserves the right to limit the size of any Wager placed by any Member at any time, including lowering stake limits for Members who demonstrate unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

For specific rules governing togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), mahjong, sportsbook mix parlay (accumulator) betting, and live casino products, please refer to the respective product pages or contact our support team for a copy of the applicable rules document.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bipa4. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where criminal conduct is suspected — referral to the relevant Indonesian authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting altered or counterfeit KYC documents.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering, collusion with other Members to generate bonus turnover, or any other strategy that bipa4 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to unfairly gain at the expense of other Members or bipa4.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated betting software on the Platform without the prior written consent of bipa4.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Placing offsetting wagers across bipa4 and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, in a way that exploits bipa4's promotional offers or pricing.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through a bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using bipa4 for any transaction designed to conceal the origin, ownership, or destination of funds derived from any illegal activity.

bipa4 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining pastime. bipa4 strongly encourages all Members to play within their financial means, to set personal limits, and to take regular breaks.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members free of charge within the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Members may set a maximum session duration, after which an automatic logout is triggered.
• Loss limits: Members may set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period, after which further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Self-exclusion: Members may request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 6-month) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality check notifications: Periodic pop-up notifications remind Members of the duration of their current session.

All content on the bipa4 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive property of bipa4 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without the prior written consent of bipa4;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software or game engine;
• Using bipa4's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of bipa4's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal action for damages.

bipa4 collects, processes, stores, and protects Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data commitments bipa4 makes to its Members:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, verify Member identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
• Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored on secured servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Members may request a copy of their personal data or request data deletion (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting bipa4's support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, bipa4 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether foreseeable or not;
• Any interruption to, or unavailability of, the Platform caused by factors outside bipa4's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, banking system outages, force majeure events, or Indonesian government-directed network restrictions;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, and game payout tables;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any loss resulting from your breach of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, bipa4's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude bipa4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

bipa4 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice posted prominently on the Platform homepage and, where possible, via the email address associated with the Member's Account, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes (including grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, and updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must notify bipa4 via the support channel and close your Account before the amended Terms come into force. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Platform's operating jurisdiction.

bipa4 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly and efficiently. In the event of a dispute, Members are requested to follow the procedure below:

1. Informal resolution: Contact bipa4's support team via live chat, providing full details of the dispute, the relevant transaction references, and the outcome you are seeking. bipa4 will endeavour to respond with a resolution proposal within 5 business days (WIB).
2. Formal complaint: If the informal resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome, the Member may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. bipa4 will provide a final written response within 14 business days of receiving the formal complaint.
3. Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaint stage, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause prevents bipa4 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
